WILLS PROBATE AND TRUSTS

OUR SERVICES

Everyone should have a will.  After you pass, your heirs may or may not need to probate the will, but you should always have a will just in case.

Most married people think their property will be inherited by their spouse if they pass. This is not always true. You should have a will just in case.

Did you know:

After you pass away, a will may need to be probated.

Probate means that a will is filed with a court to confirm that the will is valid.

Not all wills need to be probated.

You have 4 years after a person dies to probate a will.
